Rachel Schemmerling is an interior designer rooted in wellness-centered design who believes a home should nurture the soul and support life's next chapter. Raised around timeless spaces and later creating interiors that balance beauty with calm, her perspective deepened profoundly when she began living with chronic illness-revealing that home isn't just where we live, it's where we heal. Through this experience, Rachel witnessed how powerfully our surroundings affect the body, mind, and spirit, and recognized the need for a more intentional path to peace and restoration. That insight became the foundation of The SANCTUARY SHIFT™, a guided experience designed to help transform everyday spaces into soulful sanctuaries that support wellbeing-especially in today's noisy, chaotic world.
