coming home to yourself.

INTRODUCING THE SANCTUARY SHIFT
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Life is moving fast.
Your home isn't keeping up.
You've worked hard. You've built a life. But somewhere along the way, your home started feeling more like a backdrop to your busyness than a place that truly restores you.
Your home feels overwhelming, unfinished, or chaotic—and you can't quite put your finger on why
You crave beauty and calm, but don't know where to begin
You're tired of rushing, consuming, and never feeling "caught up"
You scroll through beautiful interiors and feel inspired, then look at your own space and feel deflated
You want to feel at home in your life again—not just in your house
“The problem isn’t your home. It’s that no one ever taught you how to live slowly in a fast world, or how to create emotional steadiness through your environment.”
That's exactly what The Sanctuary Shift is here to change.
You’ll learn to:
THE SANCTUARY SHIFT METHOD

Meet Rachel
Rachel Schemmerling, founder of Timeless Living, has always understood the quiet power of home—how a space can shape the way we feel and move through life.
Raised in a historic colonial home in Madison, Connecticut, and influenced early on by her work in hospitality, Rachel developed a deep appreciation for timeless design and the connection between people and place. She began her career creating beautifully layered interiors through her design studio, Timeless Interiors.
Over time, her work evolved.
Through personal experiences with loss, reinvention, and chronic illness, Rachel came to see that design is not just about how a space looks—but how it supports you. That realization led to the creation of Timeless Living, a wellness-centered design approach focused on helping women create homes that feel grounding, calm, and aligned with their lives.
Today, Rachel works with women navigating meaningful transitions—whether that’s downsizing, redefining a home, or simply wanting their space to feel more like them again. Her work blends thoughtful design with a deeper understanding of what it means to feel at home.
She is also the founder of The Ginger Jar Society™, a community for women seeking connection, reflection, and a more intentional way of living.
At the heart of everything she does is a simple belief:
your home should support you, not just surround you.
“I believe the most meaningful spaces are created with intention, curiosity, and a deep respect for the way we live. My work is rooted in thoughtful design, timeless beauty, and the belief that our homes should quietly support the life we want to live.” - Rachel Schemmerling
